What to bring with you
Please help us provide the best care possible for your pet by bringing the following items:

Picture
Food
Kindly send enough food...and  a little extra, for the duration of your pet's stay with us.

Kibble & Treats
Kindly label the food with your pet's name and amounts normally given.  We appreciate your cooperation in bringing your pets food along with a few extra portions just in case you get "stuck" somewhere.  We can provide dry food kibble if your pet runs out.
Our dry food will be charged at $3 per cup.
The comfort and safety of your pet is our priority and ensuring that your pet receives the same food and the proper amounts is helpful.

Raw Food- KPR will happily handle your pets raw food if that is the diet you have them accustomed to.  Please bring raw food completely frozen with only one portion thawed for your pets first meal with us.  Quality control is of utmost importance.  We do not stock raw food so please ensure you send enough for your pets stay and additional portions of raw should you be delayed.

Medications
We do not charge for administering most medications for our guests.  A $5 fee per day will be added to the stay should your pet be difficult to administer the medications sent.  Medicinal administrations should be limited to those that a pet owner would normally do themselves. (ie-topical or oral applications).
Please correctly label all medications and instructions to administer the medications coming to the resort.  We ask that medications come in with the original packaging from the veterinarian and proper dosage is on the packaging.
Please let our staff know if you have altered doses from the vet instructions.

*We are unable to accept guests requiring insulin.  Please go over the medications with someone from our team to ensure that we are able to accommodate the medication routine for your pet during their stay with us in advance.
mail info@kelownapetresort.ca for any questions or concerns regarding your pet's stay with us.
Kelowna Pet Resort assumes no responsibility for incorrect dosage, or any complications caused by treatment.

Treats, toys, and blankets
We welcome a small of amount of items from home that will ensure your pet's comfort while with us. We ask that you leave your large, couch style beds at home.  We ask that all items sent can be easily laundered.
We are happy to supply blankets and small beds for our guests.  We do also have pet cots available for our guests.
