KPR Spa and Grooming
Meet Kirrah!
My name is Kirrah and I have always had a life long love for animals.
I became a dog groomer because I wanted a rewarding career where I could utilize my artistic abilities and work with animals which I have always been passionate about! I am a graduate of the Alberta School of Dog Grooming.
I moved from Edmonton, Alberta to Kelowna in the summer of 2017 and enjoy spending time outdoors going on hiking adventures with my boxers Lola and Oscar as well as hanging out at the farm riding my horse Kahlua.
While in my care, your dog will be professionally groomed and treated with the same love and affection my own animals receive.
Also, check out a sample of her beautiful grooms below!

Condition of Dog (Matted Coats)
*There will be an additional charge for this process: it is time consuming, and causes extra wear and tear on grooming equipment.
Pets with severely matted coats require extra attention. Mats in a pet’s coat grow tight, and can ultimately damage and tear the pet's skin, which provides a breeding ground for parasite infestations. KPR will not cause serious or undue stress to your pet by de matting. Mats can be very difficult to remove, and may require the pet to be shaved. Removing a heavily matted coat can cause nicks, cuts or abrasions due to skin growths trapped in the mats. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the pet's skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow, producing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. After-effects of mat removal procedures can include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions and failure of the hair to grow. In some cases, pets may also exhibit brief behavioural changes. Prevention is the best defence by scheduling regular grooming appointments, every 4-6 weeks. The additional charge will be added at the discretion of our groomers.
