Pet Boarding Rates
Dog Boarding in our Lapdog Lodge or Big Dog Barn
- One Dog boarding: $48 per day plus GST.
- Two Dogs boarding (same family & suite) $80 per day plus GST.
- Three Dogs boarding (same family & suite) $99 per day plus GST.
Cat Boarding in our Cat's Meow Motel
*As of May 1st, 2024 all boarding bookings are charged by the calendar day. The day of arrival as well as the day of departure are considered booking days and will be a full day rates.
- One Cat boarding: $25 per day plus GST.
- Two Cats boarding: $42 per day plus GST.
- Three Cats boarding $55 per day plus GST

Longer stay incentives
Payment Policy
All bookings require a 50% deposit when the booking is made and then full payment for the remaining balance is required at the time you drop off your pet for their stay.
*2 day minimum stay for bookings over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We do not offer daycare or dayboarding on the weekend.
*3 days notice is required on a cancellation to qualify for any type of refund or future credit on file.
*5% administrative fees are charged for refunds and returns on any form of payment due to a cancellation. To avoid paying administrative fees, you can leave the full amount as a balance on your file for a future reservation.
*payment policies differ over the holidays in December and early January.

If your departure day changes while you are away we ask for 48 hours notice for a change in your booking departure day. With proper notice, payment that has been made will not be refunded but added as a credit on file for future use. Changes in your departure date that are not made 48 hours prior to the time of pick up will not be added as a credit on file or refunded.
The daily rate is charged from the day of entry up to and including the day of departure.
Your pet can check in as early as we open on the day of arrival to enjoy the full day.

-BOARDING CHECK IN & CHECK OUT is anytime between (7:30am-12:00pm)(3:00pm-6:00pm) daily.
-DAYCARE DROP OFF (7:30am-9:30am).
-DAYCARE PICK UP (3:00pm-5:30pm) *open until 6:00pm upon request.
*please ensure all daycare dogs have arrived by 9:30am so we can begin our programming for the day.
CLOSED DAILY FROM 12:00pm to 3:00pm
*On December 25th and January 1st we are closed to the public. We do not allow any drop offs or pick ups on these two days. Staff will be at the resort to care for our special guests but our gate will remain closed.
Phone calls and emails will be answered for limited hours between 10am-3pm on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
